As a UX/UI Designer at Carvie Assurances, I worked on developing user-centric design solutions to enhance the company’s digital platforms and improve the customer journey. I utilized Adobe XD to create intuitive wireframes, interactive prototypes, and conducted usability tests to ensure the products were easy to use and aligned with the company's goals.
