As a UX/UI Designer for the Loyalty Department at Royal Air Maroc, I led the complete redesign of the loyalty program’s digital experience, focusing on usability, streamlined processes, and a seamless transition as the airline joined the Oneworld Alliance. Using user research and journey mapping, I identified pain points and optimized the navigation flow for a more intuitive experience. I redesigned the loyalty dashboard with a data-driven approach, leveraging information hierarchy, card-based UI, and microinteractions to enhance clarity and engagement. I implemented the "Cash + Miles" feature, improving conversion rates by allowing travelers to combine currency and miles for bookings through a frictionless transaction flow. Additionally, I integrated Oneworld partner airlines, ensuring design consistency with a scalable component-based UI system and WCAG-compliant accessibility standards. This transformation balanced functionality and aesthetics, aligning with the airline’s global expansion strategy while improving user retention and engagement.
